In mobile Safari on iOS9+, if there is a link with a _blank target to a url that redirects to the iTunes store, and the link is opened from within an iFrame, then Safari opens an empty page and does not redirect to the iTunes store.
Steps to Reproduce:
Visit this site in a mobile Safari browser: <a href="http://googledrive.com/host/0B417rAeX8uY1LXhPVDhLOWVYdXc">http://googledrive.com/host/0B417rAeX8uY1LXhPVDhLOWVYdXc</a>
Expected Results:
All four links redirect the user to the iTunes store.
Actual Results:
The fourth link opens an empty page.
