[GTK] Add webkit_context_menu_item_new_from_gaction
This allows creating a WebKitContextMenuItem from a GAction. Besides the GAction, the function also receives an optional GVariant parameter that will be passed to the g_action_activate () function when the item is activated and a label to be displayed for the item.</pre>
