<pre>It looks like someone forgot to hook up FrontendTestHarness.reportUncaughtException to window.onerror or the Error event in Test.js.
This would hopefully be set up before calling WebInspector.loaded so that exceptions encountered while the Inspector does its first load are properly reported.</pre>
