<pre>The headless simulator that TestWebKitAPI currently uses doesn't fire CADisplayLink callbacks (probably... because it's headless), which means that any API tests that depend on rAF or painting at all beyond the first frame will not work.
We should use a normal simulator like RWT does.</pre>
