<pre>We do not plan to get rid of anonymous mfenced operators in the short term. Currently, these anonymous operators are stored as RenderPtr<RenderMathMLFencedOperator>. We should consider using std::unique_ptr<RenderMathMLFencedOperator> instead.</pre>
