<pre>In attempting to change the author style from a pointer to a reference to an object, some of the logic in ElementRuleCollector::matchSlottedPseudoElementRules(), in ElementRuleCollector.cpp line 256, seems to indicate that the author style can be NULL, and that this is a meaningful state.</pre>
