<pre>In my local test run, js/dom/global-constructors-attributes.html failed because PerformanceEntry and PerformanceResourceTiming were unexpectedly enabled.
Looks like nothing resets runtime enabled properties after they are enabled via Internals. This should be done in Internals::resetToConsistentState().</pre>
