Example: Go to twitter.com. There's many frames, all twitter.com security origin.
Requesting the IDBs for each of those frames gets back the same databases each time, which are gleefully duplicated in the inspector UI.
To fix this, the inspector will have to de-duplicate probably by assigning an identifier to each unique database.</pre>
