<pre>I'm guessing that the <a href="https://bugreport.apple.com">https://bugreport.apple.com</a> site does not support byte-range requests, which are required for video playback on iOS. So this should be reported, ironically, through <a href="https://bugreport.apple.com">https://bugreport.apple.com</a> to add byte-range support for attachments.</pre>
