Eventually I want to move to using Optional<T> for the backend command handler interfaces (<a class="bz_bug_link

title="NEW - Web Inspector: use Optional<T> for optional parameters in generated command type signatures"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=146127">bug 146127</a>). Moving InspectorValue to use Optionals is a prerequisite since that's how all the in-params are plucked out of the payload.</pre>
