My OS is Windows 7 SP1 and the Browser that I'm using is Otter Browser (Weekly #117). You can replicate it by doing the following:
1. Open a tab that points to <a href="http://www.showup.tv">http://www.showup.tv</a>.
2. Right click on a model's picture shown in the grid of online models and select "Open in New Background Tab".
3. Wait a while.</pre>
