<pre>The current Linux implementation of MemoryPressureHandler relies on /sys/fs/cgroup/memory to be properly setup. This isn't the case for all desktop systems and embedded devices, so having an alternative method to measure memory pressure should be desirable (especially on embedded devices with limited memory).</pre>
