<pre>I'm also hitting the ASSERT_NOT_REACHED just above it sometimes with Top Sites in Safari when using NetworkSession. I'm not sure why, but the reasons might be related. The most confusing thing is why the assertion is not failing when not using NetworkSession.</pre>
