<pre>Although this behavior frustrated me at first, the advantage is that it makes pages load *really fast* when starting the browser. I noticed that I quite like Chrome's setting "When closing the browser... pick up where I left off" which works like what we have now.
Probably we should expose this as an option in our API.</pre>
