3. Open the Visual sidebar and select the rule which contains the "background-image" property
* EXPECTED:
Visual sidebar will truncate/hide the overflowing image URL
* ACTUAL:
Comma separated list item overflows the Visual sidebar area, causing the width to be larger than the sidebar and all property editors in that section to have their widths increased (also overflowing).</pre>
