<pre>As discussed in <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_NEW "
title="NEW - [Fetch API] Implement Fetch API Headers"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=152384">bug 152384</a>, a header set container should:
- support several headers with the same name
- retain insertion order for headers with the same name
- support several headers with the same name and value
It might be better to use a list container than a map container as currently done in HTTPHeaderMap, and the container name could be updated accordingly.</pre>
