ASCII. The Unicode Technical Standard #35 says "A Unicode Collation Identifier defines a type of collation (sort order). The valid values are those name attribute values in the type elements of bcp47/collation.xml." According to <a href="http://unicode.org/repos/cldr/trunk/common/bcp47/collation.xml">http://unicode.org/repos/cldr/trunk/common/bcp47/collation.xml</a>, all the valid values are ASCII.</pre>
