The initial-scale=1 (width=device-width) but still zoomable case is also really important IMHO. As devs have complained about on twitter, encouraging sites to completely disable pinch zoom can be an accessibility issue (though Chrome at least has a force-enable-zoom option to get around that, not sure about Safari).</pre>
