Patch Windows API
Here is a patch for the Windows API.
@Brent, Gurpreet: could you please test it on a Windows machine?
The remaining files use the CGFont API and there does not seem to be any other ways than getting the raw data of the OS/2 table and extracting the fsSelection flags and typo metrics... :-(</pre>
