<pre>The idea here is that sometimes infrastructure issues cause wide swaths of yellow / red to show up on the dashboard. An enhancement like this would allow someone to add a note to the dashboard indicating what is causing the outage. This would make it easier for botwatchers to know what to look at.</pre>
