This seems correct according to <a href="https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd144890(v=vs.85).aspx">https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/dd144890(v=vs.85).aspx</a> but I'm not terribly familiar with the font fallback mechanism.
