<pre>The cache is disabled in WebProcess::platformSetCacheModel() when the cache model is CacheModelDocumentViewer, but it's enabled again by WebProcess::setMemoryCacheDisabled() when memoryCacheDisabled creation parameter is processed. We need to make sure the cache model and memoryCacheDisabled parameters are consistent.</pre>
