These files are supposed to be empty.
The error was not actually in the messages you posted. Try this:
Uninstall cygwin.
Follow directions on <a href="http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WindowsWithoutCygwin">http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/WindowsWithoutCygwin</a>
