<pre>Historically, we've not included rows in the tree of accessible tables in order to be consistent with other (desktop) platform toolkits and Gecko. But a number of things require exposing rows (in ARIA grids, if they are focusable, etc.). As a result, the current situation is we sometimes expose rows and sometimes we don't. It would be better to be consistent and always expose them.</pre>
