<pre>This issue breaks pasting/upload feature in CKEditor (see more in <a href="https://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/13029">https://dev.ckeditor.com/ticket/13029</a>) and other WYSIWYG editors because there is no way to obtain image data pasted into the browser.
It would be great to see this issue fixed after all these years, i.e. by using a base64-encoded resource representation instead of webkit-fake-url, like in other modern browsers.</pre>
