AX: WebKit does not expose the contents of attached tables
1. Load attached test case.
2. Navigate with VoiceOver.
Table cells are not accessible. Something in the CSS properties are causing WebKit to expose a malformed table to the AX API. These should either be exposed as layout tables, or as well-formed data tables. The first type is headers with no cell contents. The second type has no headers, but has an empty caption which is tricking WebKit into thinking it's a data table.</pre>
