Did you install the debug symbols for WebKitGTK+? It does not look like it.
$ sudo apt install libwebkitgtk-3.0-0-dbg
Also some threads are missing. No idea how that can happen. Could you please upload the output of a run where the debugging symbols are installed?</pre>
