## Summary

Inconsistent rendering of 0.2px border-top property in WebKit. Specific div elements (33rd, 97th, and 161st) fail to render their border-top while identical neighboring elements render correctly.

Open the attached test case HTML file in iOS Safari


## Test Configuration

OS: iOS16, 17, 18
Hardware: iPhone 14/15/16
