This test is a constant failure on macOS Sequoia wk2 x86_64 (not tested on wk1).

REPRODUCIBILITY:

I was able to reproduce this failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.3.1 (24D70 / x86_64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/webrtc/simulcast/getStats.https.html --child-processes 1 --iterations 5

REGRESSION:

According to the results dashboard, the regression appears to be in the range: 288612 at main - 288617 at main. However, I was unable to produce a passing result locally, within or before this range.
