The CSS dynamic-range-limi property was implemented in 290120 at main. See bug 287335.
Converting the CSS dynamic-range-limi property to a platform range was implemented in 290795 at main. See bug 287776.

Using this property for HDR images will limit the amount of brightness which can be exposed from these images.
