I was able to reproduce this failure on MacOS Sequoia 15.2 (24C101 / arm64) at ToT with the following command:

run-webkit-tests imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/scroll-to-text-fragment/find-range-from-text-directive.html --child-processes 1 --iterations 70 -1
