Sample Xcode project demonstrating the bug

On visionOS, Safari extension popup windows appear dark even when the device appearance is set to Light.

Attached is a sample Xcode project demonstrating the bug. Also attached are screenshots from the Vision Pro simulator and the iPad simulator. The same extension popup window is dark on Vision Pro but light on iPad.
