Having the same issue "A MediaStreamTrack ended due to a capture failure" in our app for voice communication (IPhone 14 (pro also) IOS ver 17.7 on Safari/Chrome browsers, DuckDuckGo is ok). Older versions of IOS (15-16) on IPhone's 7-8 is ok with Safari.

The issue happens only for second end next tries of voice recodring using MediaRecorder API. All desktop versions on Mac and other platforms (Windows, Linux) works ok. During second and next tries the stream generates zero-sized data blobs.
