SFSafariViewController can be a bad experience for some users on iPhones/iPad and currently behaves in unexpected ways compared to iOS Safari (see https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=280199).

Allow for someway to detect SFSafariViewController so we can help users exit to the full browser or help them understand why things don't work as expected.
