There are ways to get to Safari out of an in-app browser `x-safari-https://example.com` (at least v17.0+) but there should be an Apple approved way to exit in-app browsers to default browser (Safari or otherwise) because url schemes for other browsers are not dependable since they may or may not be installed on the user's device.
