When I transferred my devices I forgot that the feature flags reset for Safari. Because of this I had the feature flag for “prefer 60fps” turned on.

I turned it off an I now get 120fps on the 16 Pro Max.

This thread can now be closed as the issue has been fully fixed with iOS 18’s public release.
