Bug ID: 279869
Summary: [GTK] Scrollbars are not drawn with some themes
Product: WebKit
Version: Other
Hardware: Unspecified
OS: Unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: Normal
Priority: P2
Component: WebKitGTK
Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
Reporter: mcrha at redhat.com
CC: bugs-noreply at webkitgtk.org
Moving this from a downstream bug report:
https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution/-/issues/2767
The content scrollbars are not visible with some themes. This is for a gtk3 version.
It's nothing new, it only was not identified and moved upstream earlier. I'm using webkit2gtk4.1-2.44.2.
To reproduce (on Fedora):
a) install breeze-gtk-gtk3 package
b) installed devhelp, if not installed already
c) run from a terminal:
GTK_THEME=Breeze devhelp
d) select a page, which scrolls
Current result:
the scrollbars are not drawn, both when hovering a mouse above them and before they fade, even they can be dragged and clicked on, when one knows where approximately they are
Expected result:
the scrollbars are drawn
