Hi Team

While going through Blink's commit and bug track, I came across another failing test case in Safari / WebKit.

Test Case: https://jsfiddle.net/nSUEs/27/

^ Look into second container, Safari clips circle and constrain it in 'box', while Chrome Canary 130 and Firefox Nightly 132 does not.

Just raising so we can track and fix it.
