check-webkit-style should not allow a-expected.txt and platform/wk2/a-expected.txt to be identical files.

Adding redundant baselines adds a bunch of overhead and makes it more likely we won't update all relevant baselines when things change. This adds breakages in post-commit, and extra gardening work for everyone.
