Replacing a Safari App Extension with a Safari Web Extension using the SFSafariAppExtensionBundleIdentifiersToReplace key causes crash.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create Mac App via Xcode
2) Add Safari App Extension and install (allow unsigned extensions in Safari)
3) Add Safari Web Extension and SFSafariAppExtensionBundleIdentifiersToReplace key and install
4) Navigate to Safari > Settings > Websites and scroll down, Safari Crashes
