test case

REGRESSION(284310 at main): Wrong line-height in HTML in SVG if font relative length is specifed to line-height of the parent SVG

1. Open the test content
2. Page Zoom three times

Actual: The line-height in the left SVG image doesn't scale proportionally
Expected: Both SVG images should be scaled up proportionally
