Contact Picker Sample App.

Description:
The Contact Picker API has been of great use for us in Sending orders to addresses for a Stone Management App (https://www.stonetekk.in) which gave us a 70% reduction in time to send the mails. It's been time since the API is build under Project Fugu yet Safari still lacks it. Not only that, on iOS devices Chrome fails to open the Contact Picker due to lack of dedicated UI.
We build an experimental app showcasing its use and the reduced times to send order mails through it, and I request webkit bugzilla to address the issue as million dollar stone sector businesses (among others) are affected by it.

Motivation:
The aim is to complete vendor support for web APIs under Project Fugu with motivation from Thomas Steiner (Project Fugu lead, Google DevRel)
