            Bug ID: 283671
Summary: Live text in videos is blocking input elements when in
                    fullscreen
           Product: WebKit
           Version: Safari Technology Preview
          Hardware: Mac (Apple Silicon)
                OS: macOS 15
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: New Bugs
          Assignee: webkit-unassigned at lists.webkit.org
          Reporter: gismya at gmail.com

When a fullscreen element containing a video is paused on a frame with text, the Live Text feature blocks input fields and textareas, preventing them from being written to. Images do not seem to cause any issues.

Scenarios:

Scenario 1: when not in fullscreen, input elements work as expected for any videos.
Scenario 2: when in fullscreen, pausing a video on a frame with text causes the input elements to stop working.
Scenario 3: when in fullscreen, after being paused on a text frame, the inputs start working after pressing play and until pausing on another frame with text. Switching videos doesn't trigger the change, only playback once the video is switched.

The repro link contains one video where all the frames have text and one video where no frames have text.

Tested Safari Versions:

Safari Version 18.1.1 (20619.2.8.11.12)
Safari Technology Preview Release 208 (Safari 18.2, WebKit 20621.1.5.1)
