Video send FPS in mulitple WebRTC calls
Even if encoder is configured to send max 30 FPS, Safari on iOS still overshoots to around 50 FPS. This problem is not there on other platforms including Safari on Mac. The camera input FPS is smooth and is not overshooting.
I have attached the graphs of different WebRTC calls. One of the graphs show smooth camera input FPS at around 30. The other graph shows video send FPS spikes to around 50 in some calls periodically.
