These screenshots appear to have been made on very different devices with different screen sizes. It is normal for websites and for WebKit to adjust font size accordingly.

The first screenshot is 1242x2208, which is full resolution of a 5.5” iPhone. And the second on is 642x1389, which is half of the full resolution of a 6.7” iPhone.
