ews221 is in a weird state where branches aren't being deleted. This usually does not cause a build failure (see https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/121/builds/4179), as we just check out the branch for the PR we're building for.

However, when the bot builds the same PR again, we encounter a "a branch named 'eng/JSC-Various-improvements-to-the-aboutToMarkSlow-instrumentation' already exists" error when checking out the branch (see https://ews-build.webkit.org/#/builders/121/builds/4164).

This probably shouldn't be a fatal error.
