Go to preliminary results of `state of HTML` survey:

(1) Go to `Opinions` from left pane
(2) Click on `Add Filters`
(3) Click on `Add Series`

*** Expected Results ***

Notice `X` (close) button of `Add Series`

*** Actual Result ***

It should be center as button
