Voiceover focus on an <input type=range> makes Safari leave fullscreen.

Reproduced on both iPadOS 16.7.10 and 18.1

Example:
1. Visit http://smp-scratch.tools.bbc.co.uk/bob/inputtest.html with an iPad.
2. With voiceover active, use the button below to go fullscreen.
3. Move the voiceover focus to the range input. Safari will then leave fullscreen.

I would expect to stay in fullscreen in this situation. Perhaps this behaviour is happening to display a keyboard on text inputs? But it's a range, so there's no keyboard to use.
