I was able to reproduce the crash on macOS with the following:

run-webkit-tests --child-processes 1 --iterations 10 --exit-after-n-crashes-or-timeouts 1 http/tests/security/navigate-when-restoring-cached-page.html http/tests/security/no-indexeddb-from-sandbox.html

It crashed within the first few iterations.
