Has support for gtk3-themed scrollbars been deprecated?

I am now consistently getting Adwaita scrollbars in gtk3, when building from @main.

Expected:  Scrollbars in gtk3 should follow the theme.

(This is only for gtk3; of course, I am aware it is Adwaita-only in gtk4 due to lack of foreign drawing APIs.)
